Safety Ambassador Program
BullSEA Corp has created an innovative safety ambassador program that targets a ZERO injury, incident, accident, and environmental impact working condition inside oil refineries. So, what is the Safety Environmental Ambassador program (SEA), and how would it benefit your enterprise while simultaneously improving the safety culture and workplace environment?
Our SEA team is comprised of highly credentialed professionals in all aspects of safety that have the capability to coach and mentor current craft workers at oil refineries as well as those union laborers and contractors entering refineries for the first time. Our highly credentialed in-house personnel have the appropriate safety certifications. Our safety personnel are highly skilled individuals that have all of the necessary tools to coach craft workers to target a ZERO injury workplace environment. For instance, our safety ambassadors use real-time technology platforms to measure safety metrics while keeping track of results. Our qualified team is results driven, goal oriented, organized, and collaborative.
Simply put, having a team of safety ambassadors working elbow-to-elbow with refinery employees, contractors, and craft workers would allow us to not only keep everyone working inside the refinery on high alert, but would also allow us to help everyone target and ultimately achieve an injury-free workplace. At the end of the day, it is important to remember that we will see an influx of craft workers that are not familiar with refinery safety guidelines and procedures. Our safety ambassadors would not only expedite the safety culture learning curve in order to target ZERO injuries, but would also maintain, educate, and motivate workers. The key of our safety ambassador program is to complement the current refinery safety culture while mitigating the risks associated with injuries and accidents.
Our SEA program is one of a kind. For example, short service employees (SSE) would shadow an ambassador for one full day during their first month of employment. This is a huge value-added component of our program. In addition, our safety ambassadors would also be involved in incident investigations and would target problem areas such as MVA’s (by “gate greets” and in plant “stop sign greets”).
SAFETY AMBASSADOR PROGRAM GOALS

- Coach, mentor, and guide current and new craft workers on refinery safety guidelines
- Mold refinery safety culture using our proprietary technology to mitigate injury risks
- Our SEA team would take daily trends and email supervisors for next morning tailgate meetings
- Assist in spearheading new safety guidelines and SOP’s
- Weekly trends would be prominently displayed at the access gates for all personnel to review before reporting to work

Our all-in-one project and safety management technology is a collaboration platform that allows workers, supervisors, and contractors to review the safety of each job inside oil refineries. This technology platform gives us the ability to quickly access projects, tasks, and safety reports in order to be productive, effective, efficient, and eliminate any potential risks associated with injuries or incidents within the plant.
